It took me forty-eight years to understand that the problem wasn't me.
What this book is about
How autistic burnout hides behind thirty years of wrong diagnoses. How high analytical intelligence can coexist with a complete shutdown in the face of other people's emotions. How the masking that kept you functional is consuming you from within.
Written for those who spent years convinced the problem was theirs, and are only now starting to doubt that conclusion.
Four editions. One story.
Available in English, Italian, Spanish, and Catalan.
About the author

First as an Italian military professional, then at Humanitas Research Hospital in Milan, now in the surgical department of Hospital Vithas Lleida in Catalonia.
